An injured man has climbed up a cliff for help after falling 20m on the Gold Coast.
The man, aged in his late 20s, reportedly fell from a cliff at Boyds Butte Peak in the Tallebudgera Valley at about 3.20pm on Wednesday.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesperson said the man was forced to climb back up the cliff, with multiple injuries, to call for help.
Paramedics treated the man at the scene for injuries to his shoulder, head and arms, with a NSW rescue helicopter from Lismore on the way to airlift the man to hospital.
